What is a Model?

Uplight has developed propensity modeling based on a number of environmental, demographic, and behavioral factors. In addition, there are models to detect various appliances and systems in a home, as well as models to determine weather's relative impact on energy usage in the home.

To apply an Uplight model to your segment, simply select from the "Models" listed on the left, click "Filter" next to the desired model, and use the drop down or enter a value in the field next to the model name to refine the query.

Make sure to click "Run" at the top of the Data Explorer window to the visualization of your model.
