Export .CSV
Understand how to export a list of customers contained in an Insight to use outside Tendril.
Hover over the Insight you would like to export.
Click the kabob and select “Export .CSV”
Confirm Dialogue: For most Insights, the .CSV will be available almost immediately. For Insights containing larger populations, the download could take longer- sometimes up to 20 minutes- to prepare. If you see the dialogue box stating, “Your file is being prepared for export,” your request has been successfully processed. Closing your browser will not impact the file export.
Check your email.
Click download link in email
Login to Tendril. CSV download will begin automatically.
