How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, navigate to https://program.uplight.com and click, “Don’t remember your password?”

Enter your email address when prompted.

Open the Uplight email invitation in your email client

Click the “Set Password” link

EnergyBI will open in a new browser tab. Your username is assigned by Uplight’s support team and will be pre-populated.

Enter the password that you would like to use to access your account. Your password must be at least 8 characters in length, and it must contain at least 3 of the following 4 types of characters:

Lowercase letters (a-z)
Uppercase letters (A-Z)
Numbers (0-9)
Special characters (!@#$%^&*)

Type the password again in the “Confirm Password” field. Passwords must match in order to continue. Click the button to save your password.
